ELectrocoating Part
Electrocoating
Electrocoating is a process that uses electric current to deposit paint onto a part. A DC charge is applied to metal part while immersed in a bath of oppositely charged paint particles. The paint particles adhere to the part, forming an even, continuous film over every surface, making the process ideal for parts with intricate or hard to reach areas.
